Fabrication starts with an in-person measurement, because a gate built to a photo or a guess never fits the opening right — driveways settle, block walls aren't perfectly square, and a small gap in the wrong place makes a sliding gate bind or a swing gate scrape the ground. Every piece gets cut, welded and finished in the shop before it comes out to your house for install.

Good gate fabrication shows in the welds and the hardware, not just the design — clean joints instead of globs of filler, powder coating that holds up to Arizona sun instead of paint that chalks and peels after a couple of summers, rollers and hinges sized for the actual weight of the gate. Wood combined with iron needs sealed, treated lumber too, or the desert dries it out fast.
